This page explains how to delete your account for Azmar Quest, the game published by S-Games & Apps (Sevan Soukiassian), and the data linked to it. You can do it yourself from inside the game, or ask us to do it for you.
From inside the game
Account deletion in Azmar Quest happens in two steps, because the account cannot be removed while heroes still exist.
- Delete each of your heroes. On the character screen, open Extra for the hero you want to remove, then choose Delete. Repeat for every hero you have.
- Delete the account. With no heroes left, open Extra again on the character selection screen and choose Delete. The account and its data are removed straight away.
By e-mail, without opening the game
Write to sevan1189@gmail.com from the e-mail address you use to sign in, and ask for your account to be deleted. Say that it is about Azmar Quest and give your hero names if you remember them. We reply and delete without undue delay. If you prefer, you can also reach us on Facebook Messenger, but e-mail is the surer route.
What is deleted
- Your account record, which is keyed by your e-mail address.
- All your heroes and their progress: level, mastery, items, treasures, gold and talents.
- Your hero names, which are released and become available to other players again.
- Your friends list, and your heroes' entries in other players' friends lists.
- Your chat messages stored with your heroes, both global chat and private messages.
- Your heroes' online presence and multiplayer state.
What is kept, and for how long
- Your sign-in record. Deleting the account from inside the game removes the game data but leaves the sign-in entry that holds your e-mail address. Ask us by e-mail and we remove that too.
- Automatic backups, for up to 7 days. Our database keeps rolling point-in-time backups for a week, so a copy of deleted data can survive there for that long before it expires by itself.
- Purchase receipts, held by the store. Google Play, the App Store and Steam keep their own record of what you bought. Those are theirs, not ours, and they are governed by the store's policy. We cannot delete them for you.
- Reports about content. If another player reported one of your chat messages, that report is kept separately for as long as it is needed to deal with it and to enforce our terms.
Chat messages older than 30 days are deleted automatically, whether or not you delete your account. Everything else about how we handle your data is in the Privacy Policy.
